When you are ready to take the next step in your dance career, step up to SBA Summer Intensive. Programs are designed to address the individual technical and artistic needs of intermediate and advanced students. This five-week program provides a deep dive into ballet technique and focuses on improving skills and strength. We work with students to provide the best instruction for them to improve their dancing skills and technique.
DATE: June 10th – July 12th (5 weeks)
TIME: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm
FEE & TUITION:
- Registration Fee: $50
- Full 5-Week Tuition: $1,050 (Weekly tuition is $265)
- Non-refundable tuition deposit $500 and registration fee are due with the registration form.
- Sibling Discount: 25% off tuition
NOTE:
- To reserve your spot, tuition must be paid in full by May 1st.
- Placement is at the sole discretion of SBA Artistic Director and is based on ability not age. Only the Artistic Director will make decisions on the appropriate level.
- We limited the program to students, so please make sure to submit your forms, registration and deposit in time to guarantee your spot.
- No refunds will be given on days missed or cancellations. You are paying for the reserved week. Any week paid cannot be replaced with another week
- Students need to bring lunch/snack and dance attire daily with hair pulled back.
- Studio hours during the summer: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- NO extra charge for early & after care available.
ADVANCED DIVISION
CLASSES:
- Conditioning & Progressing Ballet Technique
- Ballet Technique, Pointe, Variation, Character, & Pas de Deux
- Contemporary & Modern
QUALIFICATIONS:
- For students ages 12 to 18 yrs
- Students are currently enrolled in Ballet Level 4 & Up from SBA program.
- Students, who are NOT currently enrolled in SBA program, must take on-site audition.
INTERMEDIATE DIVISION
CLASSES:
- Conditioning & Progressing Ballet Technique
- Ballet Technique, Variation, & Character
- Pointe for the qualified students
- Jazz & Hip Hop
QUALIFICATIONS:
- For students ages 7 to 11 yrs
- Students are currently enrolled in Ballet Level 2 & 3 from SBA program.
- Students, who are NOT currently enrolled in SBA program, must take on-site audition.
