Artistic Director, Sunghee Han, created this class for young boys helps build strength, muscle tone, balance, and coordination.
This class starts by teaching how to stand properly, how to bend knees in the right way and what to do with arms. The lesson will probably start sitting on the floor and doing some exercises to stretch and strengthen feet. As the lesson goes on, students will gradually use all the different parts of their body from legs to arms to shoulders and head. It will be quite easy to follow. Students do some exercises holding on to a barre, which is to help balance. The lesson will probably end with some dancing all over the room – running and jumping and leaping.
